Nice relaxed day of Crossfit today. It was great to set two new personal bests:  I increased my front squat max from 190lbs to 215lbs.  I increased my consecutive pull ups to 32. This is what a pull up at Crossfit looks like:

Tonight’s workout is called Nancy is she’s a nasty one! Five rounds of:  95lb overhead squat 400m run Here’s what it looks like. My time was 16:10. The overhead squats were pretty good but my 400m run definitely needs a lot of work.
